Can confirm this one on current master.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to default to Breeze or Breeze Dark (as those
are typically installed system-wide on a Plasma 5 installation) whenever the
current theme is removed. In case the user decides to remove all installed
third-party themes, they wouldn't fallback to e.g. an incomplete system-wide
theme like Adwaita.
