SUMMARY
Opening a new PDF via FILE->Open replaces the existing displayed file instead
of creating a additional tab while option "SETTINGS->Configure Okular->Open new
files in Tabs" is ENABLED.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable "SETTINGS->Configure Okular->Open new files in Tabs"
2. Open any PDF
3. Open another PDF via File menu
OBSERVED RESULT
first PDF gets exchanged by the second PDF
EXPECTED RESULT
second PDF should be displayed in new TAB
