gdb backtrace when program becomes unresponsive

SUMMARY
kcachegrind and qcachegrind both freeze with high CPU use when selecting
certain functions. Brief testing seems to suggest it is functions where the
source is not available, but I'm not 100% sure.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run a D program under valgrind and callgrind
2. Open the generated callgrind in kcachegrind
3. Select function "_start" in the left-hand list

OBSERVED RESULT
Program becomes unresponsive and CPU usage soars. It has to be forcefully
closed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Function is selected and it says its source is not available (assuming the
Source Code tab is selected).

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Distribution: Manjaro x86_64
kcachegrind: 20.08.2
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.75.0
Qt Version: 5.15.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Attaching gdb backtrace from when it hangs.
