I've been running KDE Neon Unstable Edition for a few weeks and Solus Plasma
for months before that and the only time my wallpaper has changed was when I
moved the file that was set. I am unable to reproduce this issue.
Can you please test and confirm if this issue is still occurring or if this bug
report can be marked as resolved, thanks.
