This bug report mentions two issues:
(1). Copy & Paste of a vector shape results in a shape being pasted just next
to the original location. This is a wish. (Note that the current behaviour much
more closely resemble the raster pasting behaviour).
(2). Vector Libraries groups singular shapes so they need to be ungrouped
before editing. This looks like bug 426606, but for non-text shapes.
I think it would be best to leave this bug report to only refer to the issue
(1) and the issue (2) should be appended to and cared about by bug 426606.
