I'm not sure that this is fixable. Plasma System Monitor has a QML-based UI,
and the Kvantum widget theme has terrible support for QML. The developer hates
QML and has in the past refused to fix visual issues like this because he
believes that QML is fundamentally wrong and broken.
I would say that you should report this to the Kvantum developer but I know how
well that will go. :(
Either way there is nothing we can do to fix this on our side, sorry.
