The million other users asked for these features not because they do not understand the KISS (keep it simple stupid) principle, but rather because this small enhancement actually improves the user experience. Whenever you view a PDF file and discover that some page is ill-oriented or in the wrong order, you do not want to fire up a different program just to do that. So please reconsider your standpoint. BTW, Okular can do annotations into the PDF file changing it so the argument that Okular is only a viewer does work here.
