I have a feeling it happens between when daylight savings happen in Europe and when they happen in US which is the period of a week. This is my suspicion. It's something i recently observed. And i've noticed this in the past also. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Observe time after daylight saving time in UK/Ireland 2. It was wrong (slow) by two hours in the bottom right corner of KDE, but correct when i type 'time' in the terminal 3. Observe time after daylight saving time in US 4.
