FWIW, the default shortcuts for cycling through tabs in KDE software is
Ctrl+PageUp/PageDown, not Ctrl+Tab. Many apps do also implement Ctrl+Tab, but
this is up to the app, and not all do. Kate does respect the normal
Ctrl+PageUp/PageDown shortcuts.
