I tried to reproduce the bug by doing the following:
1. Connect my phone in storage mode.
2. Open Dolphin and navigate to a folder with text files
3. Right-click on the text file and open with a specific application (In my
case, I chose Visual Studio Code and Freeoffice Textmaker)
4. See the file show up.
Am I missing something in your steps? When I opened the file, I noticed that
path pointed to a ~/.cache/kioexec/krun/15229_0.
