            Bug ID: 428309
Summary: "Enable native file dialogs" doesn't work in Krita
                    4.4.0
           Product: krita
           Version: 4.4.0
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: File formats
          Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: pangolinmontanari....@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
The best way to scroll through image documents is to have a thumbnail
previewing what the image is. Krita's file explorer doesn't have that function;
it only has filenames. so it'd be nice to use Kubuntu's native file explorer to
view them. I'm guessing "enable native file dialogs" is supposed to enable
that, but it doesn't. This means that using Dolphin to drag-and-drop files into
Krita is the preferable way to open documents.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Toggle "enable native file dialogs" in Krita's General/Miscellaneous
settings.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
Using the file dialog should be native
