On Windows 10 using the 4.4.0 installed version, I've tried to induce a crash
with the colour picker and I can't.
The only 'problem' is if I try to update one of the default palettes (e.g
concept cookie )then it shows a message that it can't update that palette.
That's all.
It seems that you can replicate this crash, repeatedly, with many versions.
If so, can you make a note (or a screenshot) of the Tool Options docker just
before you induce the crash.
