Following the Burwell tutorial "Setting the Raspberry Pi for Remote Telescope Imaging over your home nework" STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. follow tutorial directions up to SELECT CLOCK ICON. At that point the display generated hash noise all over the star field BUT NOT the title bar now the control icons. See attached picture 2. 3. OBSERVED RESULT See the attached picture of the KStars display EXPECTED RESULT a normal star pattern display SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: 10 macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Working on getting the Raspberry pi as the remote device. At the moment, the Raspberry Pi is physically connected to Ethernet. I tried my Windows PC with both wireless and wired Ethernet. Same effect.
