SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Opensuse Tumbleweed 
2. Start a new session "Plasma (Full Wayland)"
3. Get Digikam appimage from digikam.org
4. Make it executable
5. Run

OBSERVED RESULT
Fails with the following text
