Dup when logging in

SUMMARY

When jumping into a Wayland session, one of the monitor's sides partially
(~1/6) duplicates itself onto the other monitor even though the monitors are
not set to mirror.

It's even more weird in that the taskbar duplication will only be one
direction. However, if I click on one monitor's display space or the other, it
will change which monitor is duplicating the area above the task bar. So if the
wallpaper and part of Konsole occupies that ~1/6 vertical slice on monitor A,
the wallpaper and the part of Konsole that falls into that slice gets dupped to
the other monitor or vice versa, but the taskbar dup source remains the same.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Acquire two monitors (preferably one 1080, the other 4K)
2. Install all required Wayland packages
3. Follow all Nvidia Wayland wiki steps here:
https://community.kde.org/Plasma/Wayland/Nvidia
4. Reboot computer, and select Wayland session

OBSERVED RESULT

One monitor duplicates part of itself onto the other monitor

EXPECTED RESULT

Monitors display independently; there is no duplication
