I'm sorry, but this really isn't something we can fix for you. Your Windows
installation is broken in one way or another. We could perhaps get a hint of
what's wrong if you attach the %LOCALAPPDATA%\krita-crash.log file to this bug
report, but I fear you'll have to reinstall Windows completely.
