SUMMARY
Klipper doesn't work for me on Wayland on Plasma 5.20. It does seem to store
history, but it isn't able to copy/paste the entry.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to Wayland-session
2. Copy text or create screenshot using Spectacle
3. Paste
OBSERVED RESULT
Doesn't paste or copy
EXPECTED RESULT
Copy/paste working as on X11.
