SUMMARY
Some effects in "Workspace Behavior" > "Desktop Effects" section of "System
Settings" have a "Show/Hide Video" button, that appears on mouse hover. When
you click this button, the effect expands/collapses. So, the expanded effect
has a huge height, while it doesn't contain any additional content (I guess
there should be a video with a preview of the effect).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "System Settings"
2. Go to "Workspace Behavior" > "Desktop Effects"
3. Hover over any effect (e.g. "Looking Glass"); a "Show/Hide Video" button
appears
4. Click this button
