Okay, then let's make this bug about the outline background issue. I can
reproduce that some of the time. When The caches are hot, Discover starts
quickly for me and I don't see the issue, but when I start Discover after it
being closed for a few hours or days, I often see the issue.

As you can see, it's important to be precise with your bug reports and only
report one issue with each one. :)
