I think I might have solved it by installing
"qt5-qtdeclarative-5.13.2-1.fc31.i686". I did it because I saw in the Backtrace
some messages saying "at /lib64/libQt5Quick.so.5", and found that this is some
library from the package qt5-qtdeclarative, tried to reinstall but then dnf
said that the package wasn't installed. So, I installed it, rebooted, and so
far it hasn't failed again.
