Copying /home only copies the directories, not the files inside.

2.click/drag home to external storage

OBSERVED RESULT
directories were copied
EXPECTED RESULT
directories and files within to be copied

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Updates on entire system were checked at least once a week. This was discovered
after a reinstall of the OS
