Yeah, it's definitely a packaging issue, or an issue with the icon theme not
having the right icons in it, and not falling back to breeze, or not having the
right QPA installed. Also, this sidebar has been removed in Okular 1.11 and
replaces with a tabbed sidebar instead, so there really is nothing we can do
about it. :)
