The program was glitched and it showed me the 'Clip monitor' instead of the 'Project monitor'. About problem 2, I think I screwed it up. While trying to check the paths, after noticing that MLT had a different root directory, I deleted every path in order to copypaste and make them link. This didn't work, so I deleted everything and now the root directory is blank. Apart from that (I guess I can solve that reinstalling the app or checking manually for the path), I don't understand the steps to download the qt file you told me: can you give me specific steps to solve that problem?
