Focus stealing prevention breaks panels
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn "Focus stealing prevention" to "High"
2. Try to use a panel
OBSERVED RESULT
Panel doesn't display anything, no application launcher, no volume control,
nothing
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel is able to launch the application launcher and display things like volume
control.
