popup - user-friendly name for remote output
SUMMARY
I stream audio, via local network, from my laptop to the speakers connected to
my desktop computer.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. stream audio via local network to remote pulseaudo server
2. hover over sound icon in the system tray

OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshots, plasma-pa applet shows
user-friendly name for the remote pulseaudio output in its popup but it does
not in its tooltip.
EXPECTED RESULT
name of remote pulseaudio output should be user-friendly in the tooltip
of plasma-pa applet too.
