The screen shot. I hope the text and the picture are self explanatory
SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a Filter Layer in Krita 4.3.0 for Ubuntu 18.05.5
2. The properties window freezes in the middle of the screen.
3. Not only that, the canvas underneath become darken a bit so its so hard to
see the changes.
