SUMMARY
When right clicking menu items for applications in the panel, clicking outside
of the menu should make the menu disappear. Instead, the menu appears to be
persistent and does not go away unless you right click again on the application
icon for a right click.
In general, these menus should disappear with the ESC key and also when
clicking outside of the menu.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click application
2. Try clicking outside of the menu
