kscreen logs from journal

SUMMARY
kscreen.xrandr changes to non-existing output after screen wakeup

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Let a dual screen setup go to energy saving mode
2. Wake the screen with keyboard/mouse action

OBSERVED RESULT
After wakeup of the screen from energy saving, the plasma panel is missing from
the primary screen (secondary screen is preserved), as the kscreen seems to
change the display output configuration, and the primary screen seems to be
treated as a new screen by plasmashell.

EXPECTED RESULT
plasma panel configuration on primary monitor restored to the original
configuration.
