SUMMARY
The appimage version shows stabilize under clipjobs. But the one installed with
pkcon don't show it. Here is a video

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install kdenlive on kde neon with pkcon
2. Import some clip.
3. Right click on a clip and hover on clip jobs. Stabilize is missing.
