--- Comment #13 from Dirk <dirk.vard...@web.de> --- ok, get it - digikam did not create a new file for each change, but combines new and former changes to one new version - which is good especially for many changes on lossy compressed files (.jpg). But anyhow I would propose two changes: 1. Before a former changed file is replaced by new changes, check weather the original image still exist. If not, do not replace but make this image to the original image and create a new file with the changes. 2.
