Summary: Unable to change order of desktops or move desktops
                    between rows
           Product: systemsettings
           Version: 5.18.5
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: kcm_kwin_virtualdesktops
          Assignee: kwin-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: radicalm...@fastmail.com
                CC: plasma-b...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY

The virtual desktop settings dialog contains unexpected behavior RE the
management of created virtual desktops. Users that create virtual desktops and
populate them with applications are unable to re-order their created desktops
within a row, but also not able to move virtual desktops from one row to
another.

Instead, users are forced to get it right the first time - or to wipe their
arrangement and start over if they want to optimize their layout.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Virtual Desktops settings found in System Settings -> Workspace
Behavior -> Virtual Desktops
2. Add a first virtual desktop; name it desktop 1
3. Add a second virtual desktop; name it desktop 2
4. (optional): add a row

OBSERVED RESULT

The order of these desktops cannot be changed after they are created.

EXPECTED RESULT

Users configuring their virtual desktops should be able to change the order, as
well as what virtual desktops belong to what rows from the virtual desktop
settings.
