Cannot add video to new tracks.
SUMMARY
Can add new tracks, but they cannot be used. I cannot add any clips to the new
tracks.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new track.
2. Drag drop video clip from bin to new track.
OBSERVED RESULT
Newly created video tracks do not work.
EXPECTED RESULT
New video track should allow clips to be added and edited.
