Here with 3 cards. When there are only 2 there is no problem with showing all
of them.

SUMMARY
I have a small problem with controlling volume level on my computer from my
mobile. I have two phisical sound cards. One is on my motherboard and another
is through DisplayPort/HDMI Radeon RX580. I have added another virtual card
which is combined with both of them. On my android phone there is no space to
print all on one screen and there is no way to scroll it down.
But it isn't only one problem. When i try to change volume for MB card nothing
happens. Above that is my virtual card and when i change volume here my MB
volume is changing

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter "Multimedia control"
2. Try change volume(if there is more than one card)

OBSERVED RESULT
Wrong card is changing volume

EXPECTED RESULT
Change volume to proper card. One slider only works with computer and not
properly.
