I have not encountered any memory noticeable leaks on my system. It's possible that there has been something minor, but I just haven't noticed since I have 16 GB of memory available. Note that my system is Manjaro KDE (and not Ubuntu). I received a bunch of updates today, so I can't say what versions I had before, but now my system opencv is at 4.4.0-1.
