That was about the launch counts not being saved (fixed now). But the history
has been saved after each session since forever.
Please check if the ~/.config/krunnerrc has a "history=<list of strings>" entry
and if it is updated after running a command.
A wild guess would be that you started the query with a space, then the query
is not saved. Just like in bash.
