SUMMARY
KDE Partition Manager shows no disks and provides no way to obtain root access
to show disks in latest KDE Neon
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run KDE Partition Manager from the KDE Applications Menu
OBSERVED RESULT
No disk/partitions are present.
No request to run as root/su.
EXPECTED RESULT
Disk partitions visible
Request to run as root
