SUMMARY
The context menu appears on a different screen when drag file to folder.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use 2 screens
2. Create folder
3. Try to drag&drop file to new folder on right screen
OBSERVED RESULT
Context menu appears on a different (left) screen
EXPECTED RESULT
Context menu should appear near the cursor (on right screen)
