SUMMARY
Every now and then okular enters a strange mode where, if I simply move the
mouse it scrolls the page up or down instead of moving the cursor.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a pdf document
2. Hold left button down and drag the mouse over the page of content. Okular
enters this mode. It is not not clear how to exit this mode.
OBSERVED RESULT
When this happens, even closing okular and restarting it does not help. If I
have multiple instances of okular running together, all of them get affected by
this issue at the same time together.
