I would like to mention there is very nice application making screens shots just cutting out part of screen with some kind of viewfinder. Please take a look at screen attached. And of course allows making annotation and highlighting part of screen by pen. Application is similar to this one met on Windows calling "Snipping tool". This one I wanted to present is ksnip. I built it using package coming from AUR repository. I use Arch based Linux distribution.
