SUMMARY
ctrl+shift+a for deselecting doesn't work anymore so I have to manually
deselect it from the selection tab, I can assure you that my keyboard is
working fine
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select something with any selection tool (lasso tool, bezier select, etc)
2. press ctrl+shift+a to deselect it
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
it doesnt do anything
EXPECTED RESULT
it should deselect, but it doesnt
