Does it happen with both the mouse and the pen?
Also please attach Help -> Show system information for bug reports
     before you
make the change I talk about in the next sentence.
Go to Configure Krita -> Display and change the Renderer and
     restart Krita.
     Does it work?

   Thank you for reply

I have check again mouse is working smooth but there is problem with
xp pen. Mouse work with every renderer settings but pen doesn't work
with none. Also with other software like ps and coreldraw the pen
works smooth but not in krita.
