I'm still seeing the same behaviour with Yakuake 20.08.0, Plasma 5.19.4, Frameworks 5.73.0, Qt 5.15.0. With screen scaling set to 200% and PLASMA_USE_QT_SCALING=1, Yakuake opens at 50% screen with. If I add and remove a virtual desktop, it rescales to 100% screen with.
