--- Comment #6 from Benedict <yappy.bened...@gmail.com> --- I've checked the source code at https://invent.kde.org/network/kdeconnect-android Upon quick text search, I didn't found any reference to WIFI_AP_STATE string, and the manifest does not include <action android:name="android.net.wifi.WIFI_AP_STATE_CHANGED" /> receiver. This almost certainly tells that the android app isn't detecting status of WiFi hotspot, thus disabling the service as if the phone is not connected to wifi at all.
