It's kind of hard to describe in a sentence. I could've record the screen but I
currently can't.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Check visible/invisible of layers in layers docker
2. The icon doesn't change when you're still hovering your cursor over the
icon, and it changes after you detach the cursor from the icon.
