File -> Create Template is supposed to be greyed out if no alarm is selected.
If an alarm is selected it is enabled and opens the edit template dialog based
on the selected alarm.
The other items are now fixed for KAlarm version 3.0.1, to be released in KDE
Apps release 20.08.1, by commits 9b0ceed34a6772e7b69292e7e9252b1f9078bec1 and
36b27c3663b88220dc65aec1062674f53e004c2c.
