SUMMARY
The text tool does not properly handle apostrophes.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create text field
2. Enter "'" into the rich text editor
OBSERVED RESULT
The apostrophe appears in the SVG source. It is not rendered. It does not
appear in the rich text view.
EXPECTED RESULT
The character should show in the rich text editor, be escaped in the SVG text
and render properly when saved.
