Yes. If projector is connected (in my case by HDMI) and turned off I can see it in System Settings > Displays & Monitor. Of course firstly was detected correctly by plasma, only doesn't disappear when I turn it off, which is happen in Windows systems. Some workaround for this is just disable projector in System Settings or by command "xrandr --output HDMI2 --off" and of course when I need to use project then I need to activate this screen in Plasma (manually) or let Plasma detects it again. > Can you mention the bug report you filed?
