I can't reproduce this specific behavior, but I can reproduce a different but
similar behavior: The secondary selection marker (denoting the selected cell,
not the dot on the wheel) does not update when you choose a color with
basically any method that's not the Artistic Color Selector itself.
It doesn't update when using the Color Picker tool, not when using the "Select
a Color" dialog, not when choosing a color with the Advanced Color Selector,
and not when changing swapping Foreground/Background colors, etc. The secondary
selection marker only updates if you click a cell on the Artistic Color
Selector.
