SUMMARY
I opened up a long video (about 1hr, 12GB), did some simple effects, and then
exported it. It ran for an hour or so, and then finally aborted at 70%. I had
also tried to edit the same video on version 19.12, with one success instance
and several failed. (with similar error messages)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open up a (particular) video.
2. Do some edits ('Simple deformation').
3. Export it (MP4).
OBSERVED RESULT
Failed to export sometimes. (more investigation needed)
EXPECTED RESULT
No fails.
