The window simply has a too tiny window border. There is not that much that we
(window manager developers) can do to fix this bug. I suggest to report this
issue to Opera developers.
Fix: render Opera at a slightly bigger size and use a combo of
_GTK_FRAME_EXTENTS + custom input shape.
